David Schrader opened to 30,000 from the hijack and Chris Damick three-bet to 90,000 from the button. Schrader moved all in for around 260,000, and Damick beat him into the pot.

Damick was a huge favorite, but he had a fade a major sweat after the flop brought , giving Schrader a flush draw. The turn added Broadway outs for Schrader, but he whiffed on the turn. That huge pot vaulted Damick back near the chip lead.
It doesn't quite match the feat accomplished my Mark Newhouse at the WSOP, but it's still impressive nonetheless. Sam Guercio has now reached the final table of each of the first two Summer Slam events. He placed ninth in Event #1 and has already surpassed that finish today.
In what could have been an epic blinds-versus-button battle, Chris Damick opened to 21,000 from the button and Dan Wagner moved all in for around 170,000 from the small blind. Sam Guercio tank-folded, and Damick called instantly.
