University of Rochester student Yi-Wei Lu has emerged as the chip leader and the first player over and above the 100,000-chip mark.
He picked up aces early to start the climb up to the top spot and just got there, busting John Stempien in the process.
Lu shoved top pair and a flush draw and Stempien called it off with his same top pair outkicked. Lu's 
beat Stempien's 
flushing out on the river, even though he didn't need it to.
