Where Do All the Players Come From?
Everyone believes that Germany runs the high-stakes tournament world, but when the player pool of the four Super High Roller Bowls are broken down, it is still the United States that reigns supreme.
Over the four years the Super High Roller Bowl has run, a total of 91 different players have taken a seat across the 196 entries (43 in 2015, 49 in 2016, 56 in 2017, and 48 in 2018). Of those 91 players, the majority have been from the United States with 60 representatives. Germany is next with 14, and then the United Kingdom sits at 4.
Ten countries then either have two or one players taking part in the Super High Roller Bowl with three of those coming this year with Mikita Badziakouski (Belarus), Kahle Burns (Australia), and Markus Durnegger (Austria) being first-time players.
