Polizzotto was ahead with a dominating ace, but the 4?4?Q? flop spelt danger as his opponent flopped a flush draw. The A? turn confirmed Polizzotto's lead, but the K? rolled off on the river to give Burneikis the ace-high flush and the double-up.

In the next hand, Polizzotto opened and Burneikis called on the button. On the A?J?10? flop, Polizzotto check-jammed versus a bet of 100,000 from his opponent, who snap-called.

Polizzotto had flopped the nut straight, but his opponent still had outs with his flush draw. Sure enough the 6? rolled off on the turn to give Burneikis the flush and leave Polizzotto drawing dead, with the 5? completing the board.

Burneikis celebrated his good fortune enthusiastically, while Polizzotto headed for the cash desk looking fairly disgusted with the turn of events.
