Daniel Whitbread was all-in and at risk having been called by Yong Foo.
Daniel Whitbread: A?8?
Yong Foo: A?10?
Whitbread was in trouble with a dominated ace and the 6?4?2? flop gave Foo the nut flush leaving Whitbread drawing dead. The K? turn and J? river completed the runout and Whitbread headed to the payout desk.
Cards were on their backs after Dominic Cugudda had moved all in and was called by Philip Baker, with Cugudda at risk.
Dominic Cugudda: Q?Q?
Philip Baker: K?J?
Cugudda was in good shape with his pair of queens, and seemed set to take the pot after the 7?9?10?3? board, however the Q? river gave Baker a straight and sent Cugudda to the rail.
Florian Duta opened to 500,000 under the gun and was called by Sunil Mistri in the cutoff and Anthony Brown in the big blind.
On the 3?6?Q? flop Brown checked to Duta, who continued with a bet of 475,000. Mistri called and Brown folded.
On the 7? turn Duta put out a bet of 1,025,000 and was faced with a three-bet jam by Mistri to 3,025,000. Duta reluctantly made the call to put Mistri at risk.
Sunil Mistri: 6?6?
Florian Duta: K?Q?
Mistri was in great shape with his set of sixes against Duta's pair of queens, with Duta drawing dead, and the 4? completed the runout.
