Day 1b chip leader Derek McMaster opened for 53,000 under the gun and received a call. Tyler Holbrook then called, and did the big blind, and four players took a flop of . The big blind checked, McMaster continued for 120,000, and after the in-between player folded, Holbrook called.
The big blind folded and it was heads-up action to the turn. McMaster shipped, and Holbrook snap-called off for 380,000.

Both players held a pair of kings, but McMaster held the better kicker. That said, Holbrook had a club draw. Unfortunately for him, it didn't come in as a blanked on the river. Holbrook exited in 25th place.
After Phil Bujorian was eliminated from the tournament in 27th place, Michael Campbell followed him out the door in 26th.

A slew of eliminations has left the field with just 27 players, which means it's time for the three-table redraw. Stay tuned for the new table lineups.
Bobby Sanoubane, who won the $360 MSPT Regional here at Golden Gates last week, began Day 2 as the chip leader among the returning 87 players. His run just came to an end.
Sanoubane, who fired four bullets into this tournament, open-shipped from early position for 185,000 and two-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner David Warga moved all in over the top for 260,000 from the button. Both blinds folded and Sanoubane discovered the bad news.
Sanoubane:
Warga:
Both players paired up on the flop, but of course Warga's kings kept him in the lead. Neither the turn nor river helped Sanoubane, and he made his way to the payout desk in 32nd place to collect $2,474.
