Steve McGraw and Howard Hankin were the first two players to fall on Day 2, and David Vig followed them out the door as the third player to exit.
It happened when Vig got his last 80,000 or so all in preflop and was at risk against Lyman Woodworth.

flop gave Vig the lead with a pair of tens, but the 
turn gave Woodworth a straight. Vig had improved to two pair and needed to fill up on the river to stay alive. That didn't happen though as the 
bricked on the river.
