The 2019 MSPT Player of the Year Mike Shin has just been spotted in his seat at Table 1. Shin finished in ninth place at last week's $1,100 Main Event, continuing his MSPT success from the prior year, and looks to find a bag on Day 1b after failing to do so in yesterday's Day 1a.
Also at Shin's table is Blake Whittington, another familiar face to the MSPT. Whittington also fell short of advancing on his first try yesterday and is off to a better start this time around with a stack of 71,500.
