Steven Uccio ruled the 10,000 no-limit hold'em, leading just about start to finish.
"This was such a good event, and such a good atmosphere," Uccio said after receiving the first place prize.
"And the structure was really good, it felt like a proper event."
A total of 8 players competed, making for two prizes. At one point Uccio was down to just 6 outs, but he hit which resulted in a big lead over the rest of the field.
The most important hand played out three-handed, with Uccio winning against the of Dan Fleyshman who ended up the unfortunate bubble, finishing in third place.
After Fleyshman busted, Uccio and his opponent Jordan Lenoach made a deal. Uccio was leading in chips and he and Lenoach agreed to add 5,000 extra to second place money. The two of them didn't play it out. After the deal was struck, the event ended.

The $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em event is now heads up. Steven Uccio holds a big chip lead over Jordan Lenoach, roughly 130,000 to 30,000.
With the recent elimination of former November Nine Pierre Neuville, there are now four players remaining.
Leading the way with about 60,000 of the 160,000 chips in play is Jordan Lenoach. He's followed by Steven Uccio (45,000), Dan Fleyshman (40,000), and Carsten Girst (15,000).
Two players have been eliminated from the event, though details are missing. Neuville, Ung and Fleyshman are all three still in.
The action in this small side event is a bit slow, and no players gave busted yet. Still 8 players in contention, with late registration open for some time.
The 10,000 single-day event has just kicked off. There were 6 players to start. We'll take a look at the action in this event sporadically and be sure to report on who won it. We recognize Senh Ung, Dan Fleyshman and Pierre Neuville playing.
