The biggest buy-in in history saw 54 players take part in battling it out for their chance at the lions share of the massive prize pool worth £19,000,000 ($23,008,095) in the Triton Million - A Helping Hand for Charity. A third of the field was eliminated by the end of the first night, bringing the number of Day 2 starters down to just 36, with businessmen Bill Perkins Leading the way.

Four pros, Timothy Adams, Dan Smith, Rui Cao, and Nick Petrangelo round out the top five heading into the start of the second day. All have had a great history in Triton events, especially Adams who just took down the HK$2,000,000 Main Event in Jeju this past March for the biggest cash of his career.

Just three recreational players besides Perkins sit among the top ten, Aaron Zang, Chin Wei Lim, and Hing Yang Chow all had better than average days and are looking in prime position to record a cash here in the London.
