In what was a turbulent few minutes at the final table, Alessandro Spina lost a huge pot, span has stack back up multiple times only to go on to bust the tournament. Here's how it all went down...

Spina had a pair of kings and Nitsche had two pair, sixes and fours. The river came the 8? and Nitsche held to win the pot. Spina had stood up to leave as the chip counts were close, but he was left with 120,000 behind.
