The board ran out 3?A?2?4?7?. Both players paired their ace and Lordao was ahead with his king kicker until the river gave Suriano two pair, aces and sevens. He won the pot and doubled his stack.

A few hands later, Lordao was involved in another pot that ended up costing him the rest of his stack. Action was on the turn on a board of 5?9?Q?4?. Lordao bet 8,000 and Kent Roed raised it up to 25,000, which was more than half his opponent's stack. Lordao shoved and Roed called.

Lordao had Q?J? for a pair of queens, but Roed had K?Q? for a pair of queens with a higher kicker. The river was the 3? and Roed held to double his stack.

Lardao let out a groan and wished Roed good luck as he gathered his belongings to take his leave.
