Pollak Spins It Up Early
Benjamin Pollak barely had time to feel out his table after taking a seat to Jake Schindler's left. The two players collided in a big pot already and the friendly banter ensued.
With around 30,000 in the pot, the full board read and Jake Schindler made a bet of 50,000 from the big blind. Pollak shipped all in for 79,500 and Schindler was put in a predicament. It was less than 30,000 more to call, but it was hard to believe Pollak was bluffing in this spot.
"Maybe it's a bluff," Pollak said with a grin on his face.
"No. I don't think so," Schindler replied.
After going through two of his time extensions, Schindler finally made up his mind. "You want it?" he asked. "Here, take the money," he said as he splashed in the chips.
Pollak tabled for a full house and Schindler quickly disposed of his cards.
