In a battle of the blinds, Mathieu Lamagnere made it 465,000 to go and Kevin Mastrosimone then pushed for what appeared to be 3,700,000 in order to get quickly called by the new table big stack.

The last hand on the outer tables provided fireworks in a single-raised pot to the three-way flop of 
. Kevin Mastrosimone checked out of the big blind and Adrian Garcia Marin then bet 275,000 in the cutoff. Nicolas Vayssieres raised to 815,000 on the button only for Mastrosimone to check-shove as the biggest stack of the trio.
