In a battle of the blinds, the pot stood at approximately 100,000 with two players looking at a full board that read K?5?5?9?7?.

Pierre Calamusa, in the small blind, bet out for 120,000. The action was on Pascal Ridet, in the big blind, who went deep into the tank. Ridet thought for some time before electing to make the call. Calamusa tabled K?7? for a rivered two pair; good enough to take down this pot.

Calamusa surpassed 1,400,000 chips and solidified himself as one of the biggest stacks in the room.
