This world record-breaking six-max event generated a massive prize pool of 12,610,400 MAD with a grand total of 1,500,000 AMD (approximately €140,000) set to find its way into the winner's pocket.
Of the finalists, it is Thomas Ristorcelli who bagged the all-important chip lead and will be taking through a stack of 14,375,000 for the Day 3 restart this afternoon, at 12:30 p.m. Ristorcelli is nearly two million chips clear of his closest opponent Kasra Rashidi and Hedi Boussetta who will be taking through 12,875,000 and 12,850,000 respectively; the only three players so far to have eclipsed the eight-figure chip mark.
