Scott Adrian Eliminated in 18th Place ($16,402)

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Scott Adrian
Scott Adrian

Viet Vo was in middle position and opened to 100,000. Scott Adrian went all in over the top of him from the hijack. Action then folded to James Jewell, who announced he was all in from the big blind. Vo quickly called, resulting in hands being tabled and stacks being determined.

Jewell covered both players, with Vo having 690,000 and Adrian having 540,000. Adrian's stack was counted three times and the remaining 150,000 was left in front of Vo.

Scott Adrian: {a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}
Viet Vo: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}
James Jewell: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

Adrian found himself needing to hit an ace for a triple, whereas Jewell could score a double knockout if he hit a nine. However, Vo's kings remained best after the runout came {j-Spades}{5-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades}{j-Clubs} and he saw a massive pile of chips sent his way, bringing him to just under 2 million as Adrian hit the rail in 18th place.

Table 40 has now been broken as the field has condensed to two tables with 17 players remaining. There is no redraw at 18 but updated seating assignments will be posted for the final two tables momentarily nonetheless.
