Roger Lamia moved all-in on the river for just over 600,000 on a 
board. The pot was already worth about 350,000 and Lamia was heads-up with Armenak Kizirian. Kizirian was in some discomfort and for good reason.
Lamia had Kizirian covered so a call would put Kizirian at risk. He would eventually call and Lamia showed him the bad news. Lamia tabled
