Welcome to Day 1c of the $1,000,000 guaranteed partypoker Live Playground1000. A headline event of the 2017 World Cup of Cards at Playground Poker Club. Through the first two live qualifying flights and an online Day 1, a total of 382 entries have been received.

The third live qualifying flight gets underway at noon local time this afternoon inside the Playground tournament hall. Day 1c hopefuls will attempt to survive nine 60-minute levels of play and join the 189 players with a Day 2 seat already booked.

Leading the field so far is Day 1b chipleader Armand 'The Oyster King' King who is fresh off a $25,000 win just last weekend at the Red Shores Grand Poker Event in Prince Edward Island. King bagged 685,100 to claim the top spot.

Other top stacks include Day 1a chip boss Georges Hallak (626,500), Alexander Puchalski (626,000), Samuel Baylis (543,900), and Michel Lacasse (505,000).

There are still some local favorites that have yet to secure a seat on Day 2. Notables that will need another bullet to remain in contention include 2010 WSOP Main Event Champion Jonathan Duhamel, Senthuran Vijayaratnam, Carla Sabini, Pierre Paul Paulin, Peter Chien, Isabelle Tremblay, Patrick Braga, Fabio Luongo, David Ormsby and Jiachen Gong.

This is a re-entry event with one re-entry permitted per day. There will be a 15-minute break every two levels and a 45-minute dinner break following Level 6 with a free buffet supper provided. Late registration remains open through the entirety of the Day 1 flights and will remain open until the end of Level 12 on Day 2.
