Cimbolas Bombs the River

Level 9 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Matas Cimbolas raised to 2,600 from late position and found one caller in Adam Saven from the big blind to see the flop come 9?8?2?.

Saven checked over to Cimbolas who continued with a bet of 5,000. Saven made the call and watched as the J? hit the turn.

Saven checked again and again, Cimbolas put out a bet, this time in the amount of 10,000. Saven grabbed chips and made the call to see the 7? land on the river.

Saven checked a third time. Cimbolas paused briefly, but when he did decide to reach into his stack, he came back out with a big bet of 50,000. Saven wasn't quick to release his hand, but eventually did toss his cards into the muck to send the pot to Cimbolas.

Rabinowitz Jams Into Newman

Level 9 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Darren Rabinowitz had raised from under the gun and by the time the flop showed K?6?2?, only Jonathan Newman in the big blind was still in the mix. Newman check-called for 3,000 and the 10? turn was checked. After the Q? river, Newman bet 10,500 and Rabinowitz suddenly pushed all-in with the slightly covering stack.

Newman was struck and took about half a minute to fold. Rabinowitz appeared to be visibly relieved as he rolled over the 10?9? with a smirk on the face.
