A Strange Hand
On the flop of , the action checked to the player in middle position, who bet 1,850. The pot was raised by the cut-off, who bumped the action to 4,025. It was then reraised to 10,025 by Matt Graham from the small blind. The player in middle position (MP) called all in for his last 3,875 and the cut-off (CO) went deep into the tank.
After a minute's thought, MP told the CO to, "Hurry up, because I want to go home."
The CO responded, "If I haven't decided in a minute, call the clock."
A minute later, the clock was indeed called and, eventually, the CO's cards hit the muck after he timed out of the hand. When the remaining two hands were turned up, MP showed for a flush draw, while Graham showed for bottom pair and a worse flush draw.
The turn was a blank and, when the hit the river, Graham's pair of deuces took down the pot, much to the CO's dismay. He said he folded for what would have been the winning two pair.
