Childs' Gets Sent to His Room
Level 8
: 250/500, 50 ante
Lee Childs was recently relocated to a new table across the room, and it was none too kind to him. Just an orbit or so into his new digs, Childs played what would be his final hand of the day. The table folded around to his button, and Lee opened the pot with a raise. The small blind three-bet him, and Childs shrugged and moved all in for about 14,000 on a four-bet. His opponent instantly called, and the news was not good for Childs and his pocket deuces. The small blind rolled over his two aces in the hole, and the at-risk player could find no help from the dealer on a board full of blanks.
Childs' day is done.
