War Brewing?

Austin Bucanan and Zhen Cai are among the chip leaders, and they're seated together at Table Fiftysomething over there. What's more important is the fact that they seem intent on playing big pots with each other.
Just a minute ago, Cai opened to 16,000, and Buchanan three-bet to 48,000 from the blinds. Cai called, and the flop came out 
. Buchanan continued out with a bet of 66,000, and Cai yielded to the aggression.
Just a couple hands later, the preflop action repeated with Cai opening to 16,000 and Buchanan three-betting to 48,000. This time, Cai peeked up from his downward gaze to send one of a meaningful smirks across the table before spinning his cards into the muck.
It feels like there's a million-chip pot brewing between these guys at some point.
