Le Loses Massive Race...Out

Wow. Allan Le has been a fixture at the top of our leader board for the entire day, but we just saw him lose a giant race that cost him his tournament life.

Le made a raise to 5,000, and Kwinsee Tran three-bet it to 15,300. Action folded back around to Le, and he assembled a four bet of 28,200, and slid it into the middle. Tran tanked for about a minute before moving all in, and Le peaked back at his cards one more time before tossing in the call, making for a 160,000 pot.

Le: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Tran: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The flop was safe for Le, coming down {9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}. Le stayed ahead on the turn as well, the {10-Diamonds}, and he would need to dodge six outs on the river.

River: {a-Diamonds}

Straight out of Barry Greenstein's book, the ace of diamonds hit the river, pairing Tran and eliminating Le. Le let out an understandable groan of frustration after the river was dealt, and just like that, the young star is out.

Tran took down the pot, and boosted his stack to about 175,000 in the process.
