Jonathan Tamayo opened to 85,000 only to have Mark Rose three-bet all in for 775,000 from the next seat over. It folded to David Grandieri in the big blind who tanked for about a minute before releasing.
Action came back to Tomayo and he let go as well, awarding the pot to Rose. He's now sporting about 950,000.
William Looper opened to 85,000 from under the gun, and the action folded to Tom Gleason, who three-bet jammed for 850,000 from the cutoff. The button and blinds released, and Looper snapped it off.
Gleason turned over again, but he was crushed by Looper's .
The kings held as the board ran out , and Gleason was eliminated in eighth place.
Nancy Birnbaum open-shipped all in for her last 290,000 from the hijack and was quickly called by Jonathan Tamayo from the next seat over. The rest of the table folded and the hands were rolled over.

Birnbaum needed help but had her hopes dashed when Tomayo paired on the flop. The on the turn sealed her fate and the on the river gave her a meaningless pair. She will collect $19,276 for her efforts.
Prior to the level change, Tom Gleason opened to 70,000 in middle position. The action folded to William Looper, who three-bet to 185,000 from the small blind. The big blind released, and Gleason tanked for a bit before four-betting to 370,000.
Looper responded with a five-bet all in for effectively 1.2 million, and Gleason folded face up.
Picking up with the action on a board of , David Grandieri checked to Mark Rose who cut out a bet of 130,000. Grandieri wasted little time announcing a raise all in for 960,000 more and Rose let out a huge sigh.
Rose went into the tank for almost two minutes before finally deciding not to make the call. Grandieri picked up the pot and is now sitting on about 1.35 million.
Mark Rose opened to 60,000 from early position and Luke Graham flatted. It folded to Clint Tolbert's button and he three-bet to 175,000. This was too much for Rose, but Graham opted to stay the course.
The flop brought and Graham checked. Tolbert bet 400,000 which was more than enough to put Graham all in. He shook his head and flicked his cards at the muck, thus awarding Tolbert the pot. Graham is now sitting with only ten big blinds with 300,000.
Chris Hyden opened to 60,000 from middle position, and the action folded to David Grandieri, who defended his big blind. The dealer fanned , Grandieri checked, and Hyden continued for 75,000. Grandieri tank-called.
The turn was a repeat seven - the - and Grandieri checked again. Hyden fired a second bullet worth 130,000, and Grandieri called again.
The completed the board, and Grandieri checked a third and final time. Hyden tanked for the better part of 30 seconds, then announced that he was all in. The bet was for 500,000 exactly, and Grandieri reached for blue T100,000 chips, tossing forward five of them.
Hyden ripped over for a turned full house, and WSOP tournament rules dictate that Grandieri must show his hand. He turned over for a pair of tens.
Hyden now has 1.575 million chips, while Grandieri plummeted down to 1.265 million.
