WSOP Bracelet Winner Rob Hollink Eliminated
Dutch Poker Hall of Famer Rob Hollink has been eliminated from the tournament by Freek Scholten. In 2008, Hollink became the first Dutchman to capture a WSOP bracelet. Hollink conquered the $10,000 Limit Hold'em World Championship for $496,931 to win his first-ever bracelet.
In Holland Casino, host of the WSOP Circuit Event, Hollink has found his share of success as well. Back in May, Hollink won the WPT High Roller in Holland Casino Amsterdam, adding another 117,500 to his lifetime winnings of over $3,5 million dollar.
In Hollink's final hand, he opened from under the gun and Freek Scholten defended his small blind. The flop was with two hearts, and Hollink bet 9,000. Scholten check-raised to 24,000, Hollink pushed around 85,000, and Scholten called.
