In quick succession, Cemo has pressed on after the elimination of Vojtech Ruzicka. He first sent Leon Tsoukernik to the rail, who came back from the break with just ten big blinds. He then eliminated Michal Mrakes with against Mrakes's .

The board came and Cemo added yet more chips to his stack.

Meanwhile, Pierre Neuville was walking despondently away from the tournament area. He explained that Philipp Zukernik had open-shoved for around 30 big blinds, and was called by Neuville holding pocket aces. Zukernik had sixes, but hit a six on the river to eliminate the Belgian.
