Champion to be Crowned Today in $2,200 High Roller at Harrah's Las Vegas

Harrah's Las Vegas
Harrah's Las Vegas

The second and final day of the $2,200 High Roller at Harrah's Las Vegas is now upon us as 30 players are returning at 2 p.m. local time to play down to the eventual winner, who will claim the first-place cash as well as a shiny new ring.

Registration is still open until the start of play and the event should be adding a few more runners before the cards hit the felt, adding to an already impressive prize pool.

Coming into the final day atop the chip chart is Fred Conforti with 158,500 chip count. Conforti is a Chicago native that looks to add his first WSOPC ring to his resume.

Many familiar faces remain in the field including Bob Slezak (119,000), MMichael Rossitto (112,500), Joey Weissman (98,000), Michael Marder (91,000), Brett Apter (85,500), Asher Conniff (79,500), and Chris Ferguson (77,500).

Day 2 Schedule

Play will restart at level 13 with blinds of 1,000/2,000/2,000. Levels are 40 minutes in length with a 15-minute break coming after every three levels of play and a dinner break depending on the length of play and players' needs.
