2019 WSOP International Circuit King's Resort Rozvadov
Level: 1
Blinds: 200/400
Ante: 400
The 5,300 High Roller has kicked off with 5 players in at the start. Several more will follow shortly as a qualifier for it is about to end.
Tournament director Andy Tillman has delayed the start until 7 p.m. Currently, it's still scheduled as a one-day event, but the structure can be altered to shorter levels and/or a two-day event to align with the wishes of the players.
For the past two weeks, action from the World Series of Poker International Circuit has been flaring up in Kings Resort in Rozvadov. Ten WSOP Circuit ring winners have already been crowned, and hundreds of thousands in prize money have already been awarded, with plenty more about to change hands. In total, two million euro is guaranteed during the festival, as well as 17 WSOPE Main Event tickets.
Today, its time for those with the deepest wallets to take a shot at Circuit glory as the WSOPC 5,300 High Roller is on tap. Cards for the clash of titans will be in the air from 6 p.m. local time. The event is scheduled as a one-day event, however, a second day might be added at the tournament director's discretion as a very long day is looming ahead.
Last year, the 5,300 High Roller was a marathon single-day affair and play continued deep into the wee hours of the morning. It was Pavel Binar whos stamina eventually prevailed over a 41-player field, netting him a sweet payday of 72,058 as well as the coveted ring. Binar defeated countryman Van Tiep Nguyen, who walked away 49,661 richer. Martin Kabrhel and Bertrand ElkY Grospellier also cashed and were among the many notables that tried their luck. Many of them are expected this time around as well in the biggest poker room of Europe.
Among those that have already tasted success at this years WSOPC are Marian Uharcek, who reigned supreme in the 250 Mini Main Event. Uharcek parlayed his modest buy-in into a massive 100,623, making him the biggest winner of the series thus far. Other winners included Mohamad Arin, who won the 299 Spring Opener for 64,431, and Irena Macesovic, the first and only female victor of this series. Macesovic won the 660 6-max and added 11,681 to her bankroll.

Late registration is open for eight levels and reentries are unlimited during that time frame. Play will continue until a winner is crowned or cut to a day 2 at the tournament director's discretion.
