The first day is done in the WSOP Circuit Horseshoe Hammond $2,200 High Roller. A total of 68 entries registered for the tournament, with 24 making it through Day 1 at the Horseshoe Hammond Casino in Hammond, Indiana.
After a day that saw the field play through 12 40-minute levels, Tom Brachowski (197,500) bagged the biggest, after spending the latter hours of the night at or near the top of the chip leaderboard.

The 24 survivors of Day 1 will come back Monday for Day 2, and the tournament will play down to a winner. Late registration is still open up until the beginning of play Monday, so the final number of entries could still go up.
Play will resume at Level 13 Monday at 2 p.m., with the blinds and antes at 1000/2000/2000. The total prize pool and payout structure will be announced shortly after the close of late registration.
