The Final Six Players Return for Day 3 in the $1,700 Main Event
There will be six players returning to the felt for the final day of the World Series of Poker Circuit Horseshoe Tunica $1,700 Main Event. It is a stacked final table with each player having a shot at claiming the title and booking their spots to the 2020 Global Casino Championship later this year.
Among them include defending champion Kyle Cartwright who bagged up the chip lead and sits in the pole position. Cartwright had a mightily impressive Day 2 as he bagged up 4,285,000 chips, although he noted it could have been even better. Matthew Higgins currently sits in second place with 2,900,000 followed by James Todd Osborne with 2,190,000, both of who squeaked into the money with less than five big blinds on the bubble.
Scott Stewart (2,165,000), Lytle Allen (1,615,000), and Bryan Piccioli (1,580,000) round out the remaining players at the final table. Both Stewart and Piccioli have a history of making deep runs together including the 2017 WSOP Main Event as well as just last weekend at the WSOP Circuit Thunder Valley Main Event where they both made the final table.

The cards will go in the air at 12 p.m. local time with the blinds resuming on level 27 at 25,000/50,000 and a 50,000 big blind ante. The levels will continue to be 60 minutes in length with a 15-minute break after every two levels. There is still plenty of cash to play for with the largest pay jumps still to come. Each player has already locked up over $28,000 but with $144,313 awaiting the winner, there is still plenty to play for.
