The 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Paradise schedule is out, and it includes 15 gold bracelet events highlighted by the largest guaranteed poker tournament prize pool ever.
All the action takes place at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas from Dec. 3-13. The series includes a record $25,000 buy-in Super Main Event starting Dec. 9, featuring a $50 million guaranteed prize pool. That is the highlight event of the series, but it is far from the only big one. Take, for example, the $500,000 buy-in Triton Million on Dec. 7, an invitational event through Triton Poker.
The warm weather poker festival begins Dec. 6 with the $2,500 WSOP Mini Main Event, a $5 million guaranteed tournament. It concludes Dec. 18 with the $5,000 The Closer - NLH Bounty Turbo. There is one other tournament scheduled for the last day of the bracelet series — Super Saver 1M Invitational ($1 million guaranteed), open to bracelet holders who enter the Super Main Event.

Another WSOPC ring winner will be crowned today at the 2024 World Series of Poker Circuit Playground. Event #7: $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em attracted a field of 261 entrants to generate a prize pool of $243,680, more than double the $100,000 guarantee. That field was whittled down to just 40 players by the end of Day 1. Those 40 players are all guaranteed a min-cash of $1,500 but will have their eyes set on the top prize of $50,000.
Sandy Lam bagged the overall chip lead going into Day 2, entering with 420,000, a stack worth 84 big blinds to start the day. Lam is most closely followed by Gaetano Di Maria (413,000) and William Pettersen (397,000).
