Early Stages Going Well for Quignard
Level 2
: 50/100, 0 ante
The early stages of tournaments can be quite tedious to write about, as players slowly get into the rhythm of a multi-day tournament. So when you see flashes of different coloured chips all over the felt, you know an interesting hand is in progress.
On a board, and Pierre-Antoine Quignard was looking at a bet of roughly 3,000 chips. He made the call and both he and his opponent saw the river card. Again his opponent bet, this time a little over 6,000 chips. Quignard thought for a moment before calling. His opponent flashed but Quignard's hand was best holding for a flush.
