Chip Counts Entering Three-Handed Play

Looks like they are going ahead and racing off most of the 1,000 chips a little ahead of schedule, leaving a few behind for antes. We have an updated count for you as we head into three-handed play.

It appears Justin Bonomo has the chip lead at the moment with about 1,945,000. Erick Lindgren is in second with 1,430,000. And Andrew Robl is the short stack with 347,000.

Hand #130: Roland de Wolfe Eliminated in 4th ($117,030)

Roland de Wolfe
Roland de Wolfe
Roland de Wolfe raised to 48,000 from the button, and Bonomo called from the small blind.

The flop came {8-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Bonomo checked, de Wolfe bet 85,000. Bonomo quickly check-raised all in. As Bonomo had de Wolfe covered, de Wolfe had a major decision before him.

After brooding for a minute or so, de Wolfe made the call. De Wolfe showed {K-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for top pair, and Bonomo {A-Spades}{9-Spades} for the nut flush draw.

The turn brought the {J-Clubs}. De Wolfe was still ahead. The crowd, having been lulled into a sedate mood by all of the hands with no flops, were now on their feet, with random shouts filling the arena.

The dealer burned a card and turned over the river . . . the {Q-Spades}. Bonomo had made his flush, and de Wolfe was out in 4th place.

Bonomo is now over 2 million in chips. We'll get you an updated chip count here shortly.
