Hand #40 - Billy "The Croc" Argyros

Billy "The Croc" Argyros has the button in Seat 5. Peter Jetten is the first in the pot, with a raise to 110,000. Michael Mizrachi calls the raise, but then Billy The Croc, donning his sunglasses, reraises all in to 495,000 total. Billy is being quite vocal with his tablemates, but the sound of his voice is getting swallowed up before reaching the media table -- we can't distinguish what he's saying.

Action folds back to Jetten, who goes into the tank for about a minute and then folds. Arygros immediately give Mizrachi's shoulder a squeeze and says, "Buddy! You and I!" (His voice is now carrying clearly across the stage area.) He playfully puts his rubber crocodile on Mizrachi's arm, who politely shakes it off. After another minute, Mizrachi makes the call. He has been involved in every all-in today.

A curious call by Mizrachi, as he had to believe that his hand was far behind whatever Billy The Croc would reraise all in with. As MC Robbie Thompson is calling out the hands, he remarks that Billy The Croc has by far the best hand. "However," adds Thompson, "this *is* Omaha."

The flop comes {5-Clubs}

. It's no help for either player, though Mizrachi does pick up a gutshot wheel draw.

The turn is the {J-Diamonds}

. "Pair the board!" says Argyros, several times. He gets something just as good -- a river of {J-Hearts}

. He makes jacks full of kings to sweep in the pot and double up.

"Lets rock and roll!" shouts Argyros. He then starts calling out "valye" which he says is Greek for jack.
