Vahedi Gets Aggressive; Collects Half

Amir Vahedi and three players took a flop of {K-Spades}{8-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}. The action checked to the late position player who fired out a bet, which was called by the big blind and Vahedi in middle position.

They went to the turn where the {Q-Hearts} landed. Again it was checked to the late position player who made the opening bet. The big blind called, before Vahedi raised it up. The late position player 3-bet and again the big blind called. Vahedi then capped the action and both players called as a big pot was brewing.

The river was the {7-Hearts} and Vahedi was the first bettor before the late position player raised it up once again. The big blind finally decided that enough was enough and stepped out of the way as Vahedi made the call.

Vahedi turned over {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for only two pair with his opponent showing {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Clubs} for the low as they chop up the massive pot. Vahedi continues his aggressive approach despite a recent fall in chips to now sit with 6,100 in chips.
