Mike Matusow
An extremely fit-looking Mike Matusow is seated at Table 14, fresh from winning his $100,000 weight-loss bet that he made with Ted Forrest one year ago. Matusow dropped over 50 pounds by eating healthy and running upwards of six miles each day. As he approached the June 3 deadline for the bet, though, Matusow was still about 8 pounds away and went on a 96-hour fast until his final weigh-in.
Matusow was just heard regaling his table with the story of the last four days of the bet, which unfortunately led to some health problems. Matusow saw a doctor, who told him he couldn't run for 12 days while his body recovered.
"If I knew I couldn't run for 12 days, I never would have done it" the newly minted workout addict said.
