Survivor

After getting three-quartered again, Flushy got his last in under the gun, and it was between him and big blind Pat Poels.

Flushy: {J-Clubs} {10-Spades} {A-Diamonds} {6-Hearts}
Poels: {A-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {5-Hearts}

Board: {5-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {K-Hearts}

"I'm a survi-vor," sing-songed Flushy as he scooped to put him up to 65,000. "Never in doubt. I was never worried," he lied.

Bohlman in the Danger Zone

Oops is probably all Scott Bohlman could say to himself. We missed the action on a board of {9-Hearts} {5-Spades} {4-Spades} {4-Hearts} {j-Clubs} on all streets except the river. There, Michael Keiner checked to Bohlman, who tried to buy the pot with a bet. Keiner snap-called with a full house, {A-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {5-Hearts} {8-Spades}. Bohlman knew he was beat as soon as Keiner called.

"You got it," Bohlman said before Keiner tabled his cards. Bohlman is down to 50,000. Keiner is up to 320,000.

Tenner Likes His Hand

"I think that's a good flop," said Mark Tenner as he peeked back at his cards. Fabio Coppola had checked the {9-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {10-Spades} flop to Tenner. After Tenner reconfirmed his hand, he bet. Coppola called.

Both players checked the {9-Hearts} turn. When the river was what seemed a blank, the {3-Clubs}, Coppola tried a bet of his own. Tenner raised it, inducing a fold.

Small Pot for Schlein

Mark Gregorich raised and Josh Schlein called behind to see a {6-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {4-Spades} flop. Gregorich check-called a bet from Schlein, but Schlein bet again on the {J-Spades} turn and this time Gregorich check-folded.

(Danny) Smith is Short Again

It's been a tough slog here in the early going for Danny Smith. He started the day among the shortest in chips and has managed to grind his way to the final two tables. He is once again in last place -- the Dank Position, as we call it around these parts -- after a hand against Josh Schlein.

Schlein raised preflop and Smith called. Schlein bet every street of a {9-Spades} {8-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} board, with Smith calling in position each time until the river. At the river, Smith mucked his hand without calling the final bet. The loss lowered his count to 50,000. Schlein is up to 390,000.

"Do you want me to show?" Schlein asked Smith. Smith replied that he did not. "Ok, then I won't show," said Schlein.

Jeff Tunkel said he suspected a bluff. Schlein was quick to respond that he would never show a bluff.
