Usually when railbirds pull out cards to start their own side games, the floor comes over to break it up. Something about gaming regulations. But this Chinese game is different. Michael Binger, Mike Matusow, and Rick Fuller had been playing three-handed. Then TD Tony Spencer came over, not to break up the game, but to play the fourth hand.
