Only two of our eight final table players are sponsored (Team Full Tilt member John Juanda and Full Tilt Pro David Oppenheim), meaning that the other six were up for grabs when it comes to slapping patches and logos on their shirts. Naturally, a few of them were snapped up late last night, as the $50K is one of only three events being televised on ESPN this year.
Wearing PokerStars gear today are David Baker, Daniel Alaei, and Vladimir Schmelev while Mikael Thuritz is donning a Full Tilt patch. Neither Mizrachi brother is patched up by a major online room but both are donning patches from North 88 Outdoor, a Las Vegas patio furniture company (first time for everything, I suppose).
