Tyler Patterson enters the day the shortest in chips with just 139,000, but with $423,880 in career earnings his track record precedes him. This is the Washington native's second cash at the 2010 WSOP. The first was a 90th place finish for $4,866 in Event #8: $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em. This is his first WSOP final table and even though he is short he is surely in search of his first WSOP bracelet.
Blair Rodman is certainly the most experienced player at the final table. This is his 10th final table at the World Series and he has one bracelet that came in 2007 in a $2,000 No-Limit Hold'em event. He shipped it for $707,898 and has $2,285,328 in career earnings.
Rodman starts today sixth in chips with 272,000.
Chris Hyong Chang is one of four Canadians at the fnal table today and he has $119,419 in career earnings. He finished 17th in a $2,500 Pot-Limit Omaha event last year for $10,293 and enters the final table seventh in the standings with 195,000 chips. This is his first WSOP final table appearance, with his last live final table appearance coming in 2008 at the Coast to Coast Poker Championships.
Denton Pfister hails from Plano, Texas right here in the United States, and this is his first WSOP final table appearance. Pfister is one of our amateur players at today's final table, and he will start the day as one of the shorter stacks with just 167,000 chips.
Klinghammer Thibaut is one of the five non-American competitors at today's final table and the only player from the continent Europe. The Frenchman told us today that he is a professional poker player, and he was very active throughout Day 2.
He currently sits fourth in chips with 366,000 to his name.
Day 3 marks the beginning of the end for Event #20: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha. On Day 1, 885 players entered the Rio to compete in this event and now we are down to our final table.

Yesterday Nenad Medic ripped through the field during the last few levels to take a commanding chip lead. He has a million more chips than his nearest competitor and he is one of two players at the table who already has a bracelet. Blair Rodman is the other.
