Keikoan Barreling Again

Daniel Idema raised preflop, and Matt Keikoan called from the big blind.
Keikoan took a bit of a different line for him, leading out on the 
flop, and barreling right through the 
turn and 
river. Idema called the flop and turn bets, but he couldn't handle the last one as he folded his cards into the muck.
