Idema Continues to Assert Himself

Matt Keikoan raised his button, and Daniel Idema defended his big blind.
The flop brought 
and a check from Idema. Keokan's bet was quickly check-raised, though, and he called the extra small bet. That brought the 
on the turn, and one more bet from Idema was good enough to earn him the pot.
He's now reopened his two-to-one lead over Keikoan.
