Keikoan Doubles Back

Daniel Idema raised preflop, and Matt Keikoan called from the big blind.

, and Keikoan checked. He raised when Idema bet, and both players put in two bets going to the 
turn. Keikoan bet, leaving himself just 50,000 behind, and Idema studied him carefully. After a few long minutes, he raised to put Keikoan all in. His opponent was up to the test:
