Kevin MacPhee is on his way to the cashier to collect his tournament winnings after being booted from the tournament by Ben Lamb. MacPhee did everything right except fade the cards he needed to fade. He limped in pre-flop, then had the opportunity to re-raise after Lamb raised from the small blind. The re-raise left MacPhee with only a few thousand behind, which went into the middle after Lamb made the third raise.
