Traniello Takes Control, Chips

Stud

Traniello: (X)(X) / {8-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Opponent: (X)(X) / {4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Clubs}

We arrived on fourth street just in time to see Marco Traniello check-call a bet from his opponent. Traniello also check-called on fifth street. He chose to lead out with a bet on sixth street, though, and took down the pot when his opponent folded.

Stud 8/b

Traniello: {2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} / {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Opponent: (X)(X) / {4-Clubs}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} / (X)

Not too long afterwards, Traniello was involved in another pot where he bet on third and fourth streets with his opponent making the call both times.

Traniello's opponent caught the best visible hand on fifth street and made a bet with Traniello raising, and then calling a re-raise.

Action was once again plentiful on sixth street with Traniello's opponent catching two visible pairs and betting. Traniello raised, and his opponent called. The river didn't induce any action with both players checking.

When betting was done, Traniello tabled a better two-pair. With no lows, he scopped the pot when his opponent mucked.
