Chadwick Grimes Eliminated in 5th Place ($141,235)

Chadwick Grimes - 5th place
Chadwick Grimes - 5th place

Taylor Larkin opened to 100,000 and Chadwick Grimes defended his big blind to see a {4-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop fall.

Grimes check-called a 150,000-chip bet as the {J-Diamonds} landed on the turn and Grimes led out for 360,000 as Larkin took his time before making the call.

The river fell the {4-Diamonds} and Grimes moved all in with Larkin making the call.

Larkin tabled his {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for a flush as Grimes hit the rail in 5th place for a $141,235 payday.

Touche

A bit of a rivalry is perhaps forming between Michael Linn and chip leader Taylor Larkin as they just three-bet one another to take down the respective pots. On the first hand, Larkin three-bet Linn's raise of 125,000 to 360,000, only for Linn to return the favor just one hand later with a reraise of 100,000 to Larkin's open of 330,000.

Diamond Bet Win for Smith

Benjamin Smith opened to 110,000 from the small blind and Taylor Larkin made the call from the big blind.

The flop fell down {3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Smith led out for 115,000 only to have Larkin raise it to 285,000.

Smith deliberated for a few moments before making the call as the {4-Diamonds} landed on the turn and he led once again; this time for 255,000.

Larkin sat in the tank for nearly two minutes before eventually folding and relinquishing the pot over to Smith.

Manole Takes One Off Grimes

Mihai Manole raised to 95,000 from the button before being made to complete the raise to the minimum of 100,000. Chadwick Grimes made the call in the big blind leading to a {5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Hearts} flop. Despite Manole being the initial aggressor, it was Grimes who fired the first shot, sliding 100,000 across the felt. Manole wasn't willing to concede the pot, however, and duly raised to 195,000. Chadwick relinquished his hand.

Alexander Kuzmin Eliminated in 6th Place ($104,364)

Alexander Kuzmin - 6th place

Alexander Kuzmin pushed all in for 875,000 from under the gun, and with the action on Taylor Larkin the big blind, he made the call to put Kuzmin at risk.

Kuzmin: {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}
Larkin: {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}

The board ran out a rather undramatic {2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{6-Clubs}{10-Spades} to see Kuzmin eliminated in 6th place for a $104,364 payday as Larkin soars to 4,410,000 in chips.

Just a Couple of Min-Raises

Easily the most quietest player on the final table, Taylor Larkin has just opened for consecutive min-raises of 100,000 to take down the 105,000 in blinds and antes.

Larkin has now taken his stack to just a little over the 3,500,000-chip mark.

Justin Zaki Eliminated in 7th Place ($78,067)

Justin Zaki - 7th place
Justin Zaki - 7th place

Mihai Manole opened to 100,000 from the button only to have Justin Zaki move all in for 775,000 from the big blin. Manole instantly-called to put Zaki and his tournament life at risk.

Zaki: {6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}
Manole: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}

The flop of {8-Spades}{A-Spades}{9-Diamonds} gave Manole top set, but still left Zaki with outs to a gutshot straight.

To the cheers of the Romanian's on the rail sweating Manole, the {9-Hearts} landed on the turn to ensure victory for Manole as the meaningless {K-Hearts} peeled on the river.

Zaki shook hands with his fellow opponents before making his way to the rail to collect his $78,067 in prizemoney for his 7th place finish as Manole climbs to 1,675,000 in chips.
