Bad News for Chino

Cary Katz and Chino Rheem got it all in preflop once again. This time, it was Cary's {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} against Chino's {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. The board fell {8-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, and though he flopped a wheel draw, Rheem couldn't get there. He was down to 370,000 after the hand, and Katz was up to 315,000.

Immediately after Cary's two blows to Rheem's stack, Joseph Elpayaa made his day even worse. Elpayaa was all in pre with {a-Spades}{6-Spades} against Rheem's {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}. The flop came {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}, giving Elpayaa a few outs and adding a flush draw to Rheem's overpair. The {4-Diamonds} on the turn put some chop outs on the board. And then the {6-Diamonds} on the river delivered a third blow to Rheem. He's gone from big chip lead to short stack in record time.

Rheem - 140,000
Elpayaa - 500,000
Katz - 315,000
