Howard Lederer and an opponent got all in after the second draw after several raises back and forth. Lederer was the player at risk in the hand and after his opponent stood pat, Lederer deliberated for some time about what to do.

"I can't believe you're going to make me break this," said Lederer while tanking. He then showed a {9-} and broke his hand, electing to draw one.

His opponent showed the {8-} {6-} {4-} {3-} {2-} and revealed to Lederer what he had to beat. Lederer was squeezing to a {7-} {4-} {3-} {2-} . He peeled back his last card and revealed a {6-} , drawing better than his opponent and doubling up to about 7,500.
