Back in the day, and before the nosebleed stakes were a common feature of the online world, Norwegian Tore Lagerborg was regarded as one of Europe's highest stakes players, along with fellow Scandinavians such as Johnny Lodden, Patrik Antonius and Erik Sagstrom.
